Altus is nice private bungalow, 6 double big rooms plus one out house. Ideal for family and friend’s get-together, Fresh home food, excellent cooking, cozy rooms, nice ambiance, centrally located. The service is outstanding, Value for money, will love to go again.

Even paid very high with the expectation of good service , not at all satisfied ,when you stay in bungalow or private property at least you expect some flexibility in timing for lunch or dinner , even thay are not ready to give you your booked meal in your room or keep it for half an hour more in restaurant. they do not have staff to give you room service after 11 pm , think twice before booking they treat you as if you are in hostel and you have to be in discipline.

Stayed at Altus with friends in June this year. What a beautiful property .....large rooms with beautiful furniture and all modern facilities. The. Owner being an art collector the walls are adorned with paintings from well known artists , oleographs & old photographs. The garden is a treat to the eyes......little nooks and corners with lush green plants and peeping flowers and the fabulous rocks of Abu create an enchanting landscape. Perfect place to unwind ..go for long walks , play badminton or a board game. We had a wonderful holiday

The best property to be in Mount Abu. We were a group of 6 families and had booked all 6 rooms at this property for the new years for 2 nights. An amazing property and great service. The rooms are so spacious as if you are living in a palace. The property all over is very beautiful. The food is very nice, both non veg and veg. Virendra and his team took all care for us and made our stay really memorable. Lal maas, butter chicken, ker sangri and mirchi pakoda are not to be missed here. What started as just a trip has left us completely rejuvenated and ready to hit the stride for 2021.

This hotel DIDN't believe in following any COVID protocols....temperature wasn't taken, our names werent taken, masks weren't worn properly by the staff and were down most of the time....normally a hotel has to ensure that an occupied room can only be given after 24 to 48 hrs giving it enough time to sanitize....this hotel did the opposite by giving the room after 1 hr.....we were shocked to see guests leaving when we entered the hotel. If the above wasn't enough, we learned that Dinner (which was included in the price) didnt contain any standard tikas or snacks which is unlike any place we have ever been.....if tea is asked in the morning then its charged separately even thought our package did include breakfast....very poor and unfriendly service.
